The Handy Language Game

Have you ever tried to describe a picture using just your hands? This is what deaf people do all the time, when they ‘speak’ Sign Language. In this game, you’ll experience what that’s like, and at the same time learn some Sign Language of the Netherlands from our friendly deaf sign language teacher. The game works like this: In level 1, you have to describe some funny pictures to your buddy - this could be your mom, your brother, your friend. Then your buddy has to guess as quickly as possible which picture you described. But then comes the twist: in level 2, you’re not allowed to use words to describe the pictures anymore, only your hands. So start warming up those fingers and come on over to take on the challenge!
